Valentines 10k

High Lodge Duathlon

A big well done to Hayley Wright who completed her first Duathlon this morning (after achieving a new PB at Brandon Country Park parkrun!).

Well done Hayley.  Do we see triathlons on the horizon?

EGM – 5 February 2018 – 18:15

A Extraordinary General Meeting will be held at 18:15 on the 5th February 2018.

There is a single item on agenda: resolution to agree England Athletics requested club rules template.

The latest draft of these rules is available to view/download from our web site here.

It’s not compulsory for members to attend but your input is greatly valued!

Training will commence as usual at 18:30.

Snetterton Race Track 10k

It was dry but chilly at Snetterton Race Track,  perfect racing conditions.  The event was well organised.  Great crowd support and a variety of music, including Simon Ukulele!  Lots of PB’s, and none of us had a car, honest!

Reepham Cross Country

A great morning at Reepham for the Cross Country run today.  Although cold, it didn’t rain (and we’ll not mention the muddy river crossings!).  A special mention for Milo Powles who won the prize for Muddiest Junior Male.

Membership runs from January to January and once our U.K. Athletics affiliation has been approved your personal UKA license will be included in the club membership.

NYD – Doing The Double

Well done to everyone who came along to take part in the New Year’s Day parkrun events in Sheringham and Blickling.

It seems that a parkrun will now be a fixture in a lot of peoples Christmas Day and New Year’s Day itinerary!
